Free-range fertilized eggs omelet

Tamagoyaki (rolled egg) is the main dish of the chef's choice meal.The eggs are fresh, picked every morning from a free-range chicken coop on the mountain behind the restaurant.To ensure a rich flavor without any unpleasant odor, the only seasonings used are beet sugar and sea salt.When you put a bite of a soft-cooked omelet, the aroma of eggs spreads along with a gentle sweetness.*We can change the doneness or the taste from sweet to savory upon request.

Pickles inherited from the previous generation

These pickles have been handed down for three generations, starting with the grandmother two generations ago, who was an expert at making pickles.In the days before refrigerators, vegetables were preserved for long periods of time by pickling them in sugar or salt.Slightly salty pickles also make a great side dish when eaten with rice.

[All seats are private rooms] All seats at our restaurant are private rooms, with a total of four rooms available.Each room has tatami seating and can accommodate 7-8 people. As it is a private room, even those with small children can relax without worrying about others.Pass through the gate built in 1884 and enter the main house, which has 300 years of history.Enjoy country cuisine in a relaxing atmosphere in a historic building.

[We also have one room with table seating] The main building, known as Hon-Shiroku, is four by six bays and has table seating available.You can spend a relaxing time in our store, where you can feel the warmth of wood.There are only a few tables in one room, so please contact the store if you have any requests.

Time to feel nature and the breeze.It's a joy to be able to savor country cuisine made with pesticide-free, organically grown vegetables and fresh, free-range fertilized eggs.Our shop is also available for private hire.It can accommodate from 15 to a maximum of 30 people, and the building and food have a historic feel that is especially popular with overseas guests.Please use it in various scenes.
